Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice (including no-shows) will be charged 100% (plus scheduling system fees) of the scheduled service total to the card on file, regardless of the reason. Add ons are also cancelled at 100% of the service cost.
